When is a card too far gone? This one was languishing in the £1 box. But look closer, a WW1 photo from #Chatham depicting women from the WRNS, I can’t remember seeing another from this era. Most would be local maybe even possible to identify them. #PostcardTuesday
My Dad (who died in March) used to send me postcards, AND give them serial numbers. What a hero. 'Tim working, Liz sleeping, Pete exercising, Mum shopping!' Excellent taste of pub too. Well done Dad! It's #PostcardTuesday -show us your oldest, latest, blurriest, quirkiest. 📮✉️

Well as today’s #postcard challenge didn’t even last until 8.30 how about another mystery Charabanc challenge? Much tougher this one, a Manchester men’s day out, could this pub be The Travellers Rest? Starting in the city what’s the destination, Lancashire or Peak District🤔

We’re off on a Charabanc for mystery #postcard Monday. Typically these photos were taken in the same place but I don’t recognise this resort. The distinctive building at the back is Brookside, maybe a hotel? Usually suspects for these, IOM, IOW, Ilfracombe & Bournemouth 🤔
