Today has been my most productive and energetic day so far. I have made myself a breakfast of champions, because who doesn't love a cooked breakfast on a Friday? I have finished my lesson planning for next week, revised the upcoming assessments, and answered tons of emails!

Happy to hear 44,000 teachers joined the progression last year. Sad to hear that the same amount left! I wonder if those schools that are teaching 4 days a week get paid less, which sounds great for our mental health, not so much for paying out our mortgage... Is this feasible?
