We warmly welcome the news that, for the first time, housing status has been included in @NHSEngland's Statement of Information on Health Inequalities, setting out what information Trusts and Integrated Care Boards should collect to meet their equalities duties.

With funding re-established, we’re thrilled that HIT’s life changing work is continuing. Prioritising safe hospital discharge, the multidisciplinary team's highly skilled, person-centred approach has reduced the number of patients returning to rough sleeping by 60%.
