@Coyle_CM Clearly malaria - but what is the species? I always start with the size of the infected RBCs. Small/normal usually = Pf/Pm; large = Po/Pv. Stippling supports Po/Pv. This case shows an enlarged, somewhat oval-shaped RBC, stippling, and fimbriated edges, so most c/w P. ovale
