Red meat is high in saturated fat, which raises low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol (bad cholesterol). Eating this EVERYDAY would definitely be a BAD idea.

Don't say they should eat some food in moderation. So many foods out there are Ultra-processed, which contain a lot of harmful oils and ingredients, and they don't qualify as food for human consumption. "You're what you eat" #wellness
Please eat everything. Every class of food is important. carbohydrates, protein, fats, vitamins, minerals, water amd fibre. Moderation is key. Too much of any of the above will have adverse effect.
