Perhaps by legalizing sex work there could be some measures to keep certain people black listed from having access to these services, much like banks and lenders.

I take a naproxen and Sudafed. That combo really does something for me if I take it at the early stages also, this is going to sound hokey pokey, but drinking a peppermint and green tea blend with a light sprinkle of salt also helps. A warm foot bath if you're into that.
