A question that has puzzled me for months. What personality transplant does an illegal immigrant undergo during his Channel dinghy journey? If he remained in France he would have a 30% chance of gaining asylum but in the UK that figure jumps to 70%+. Why? Anyone know?

I am appalled at the shocking scenes and attacks on police vehicles & public transport in Leeds tonight. Disorder of this nature has no place in our society. My thanks go to West Yorkshire police for their response. I am being kept regularly updated.
