Lubbock Fire Rescue is on scene of a semi truck rollover on 34th Street E/B just east of Interstate 27. The truck was hauling cotton seed. Part of the load has dumped onto 34th. The diesel tank ruptured after rolling over and has caused a spill onto 34th Street as well. Crew.
