Raised a ticket and slot booked for home service, having care+, they called me and informed they cant able to visit or pickup my scooter, so i need to drop in service, yesterday got a PSF call from ola . Now ticket closed, and my problem still exists @bhash @OlaElectric

Wow what an upgrade! Ola is still at home and nobody visited or contacted for replacement, but as per ola they upgraded already #3987747, What can the customer do? AFAIK no slots available anymore and 90% of the customers are trying for 2months for booking. @bhash @OlaElectric
