I am sceptical about peace in Ukraine. Trump might want peace, but the EU & Britain don't. As both entities collapse over the next couple of years, continued war provides good cover for them. I suspect Starmer would be happy to see the British army a goodly distance from Britain.

@PWestoff I was a very liberal, tolerant, centre-Left Englishman type (university educated, erstwhile professional person). I was OK with multi-racialism and immigration up until about 2005. But I feel I've been used and abused by our State of Perfidious Albion. I want to fly a flag now.
