"Everything is a Ponzi scheme." is a very Hungarian POV. Interesting to see how that could have shaped Soros worldview and be subsequently formalized in his financial innovations.
Investors throw more money at the startup . and the startup keeps making more products. Until it all crashes. As my husband put it, reflexivity assumes "everything is a Ponzi scheme.". To Soros, everything -- stocks, history, currencies -- lies on some point in that cycle.

Tremendous overlap between Boomers and GenX.
One of my pet theories is that “boomer” and “gen x” are really a massive “megageneration.” The first of its kind. They spent their youth drinking beer, driving around on Friday night looking for “the party,” listening to rock and roll radio, talking on the.phone, smoking fairly.
