I spoke with the mom of one of the girls (Mayah) and got the entire story that the media is covering up and lying about. So first of all, the reporting got the names of the girls mixed up. There were 3 girls who were there who were accosted and attacked by the migrants. Lola

Adding additional comments: people like me who are mostly anti-AI are not adopting Marxs labor theory. We're saying value comes from the human mind, not what they do. The creative brain of an artist is the value, not the time and labor they do to produce the product.
I'm mostly cold to AI, but I am also maximally anti-communist. Also, Marxism isn't about economics, and never was. It's about gnosticism. Economics was just the vehicle. just like social theory is now.

The first book in the fantasy series is probably a "not until next Christmas" thing. I'm currently at 3 jobs and an advanced degree so writing time is limited unfortunately. I'll get the books out as soon as I can.

Plan was to publish the first novel of a monster fantasy series around Christmas this year. However, I realized that I need to write an intro to the world first, so I've had to push that back. So what you will probably get for around Christmas is a mystery instead. Sorry.

I'm not necessarily anti-AI. I use it for work sometimes, but don't write with it. But if you use it for things you know how to do, you get objectively worse at the thing. So maybe rethink writing whole books with it?.
Bestselling fantasy author Mark Lawrence did a scientific test on AI writing vs. TOP fantasy writers on the same prompt. Not only could people not tell whether something was written by AI, but readers preferred the AI stories. How you feeling, Anti-AI bros?

Listening to an audiobook and realized it was narrated with AI. It's. not too bad. I've heard worse from humans. Not sure it would work for novels, but for non-fiction it might be ok. (ducks the flying books).

Musk is a dialectical operator. This is a great example. Claims to be terrified of collapsing birth rates, yet every tech he puts out is designed to increase isolation among humans, not increase birth rates. Ask yourself why that is.

This isn't much for most people probably but it is for me. I mentioned I was working on a game to go with my fantasy series (that's not published). I made this with some help from Claude, to test for balance issues. So far, looks good.

I likewise read this book and I endorse this review. I reviewed it myself on the site that shall not be named, and mostly enjoyed it. @WJLongIII is a writer you should follow and read.
Finished this sci-fi novel by @WJLongIII over the weekend. There's a few rougher spots, but I had a blast reading it from start to finish. Great characters and lots of Mass Effect and Guardians of the Galaxy vibes,⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Will definitely pick up the sequel at some point
