Former @nationwidekids GI fellow @jsmkhoo w her RDBPC trial on baclofen for kids w #rumination. ➡️ Baclofen 0.5mg/kg (up to 15) div TID was well-tolerated. ➡️ Baclofen led to improvement, but not superior to placebo 🤔. She completed this during fellowship! . More to come. 😃
