Bob later served as Chief Academic Officer (CAO) for two different Christian colleges in Western PA, @WaynesburgU & @GroveCtyCollege. Most recently, he led a remarkable turnaround at @RedeemerUniv, strengthening institutional mission, finances, & enrollment. 3/.

Throughout his distinguished career, Bob's been known as a strategic leader & highly effective administrator. A sociologist by training, he began his service to Christian Higher Ed as a Professor at @LeeU, eventually becoming Director of the Leonard Center & Department Chair. 2/.
