Four simple things every student athlete should apply: -Hydrate 20 oz H20 every 2 hours. -Eat some protein + carbs every 2-3 hours. -Never leave home without a high-protein breakfast. -Never go to practice, training or a game without fuel. Most athletes are not doing the basics.
