That may seem like a distinction without a huge difference - but it's like this: 1. Lady accuses man of abuse (Criminal Case) 2. Man is told not to go near woman (Civil Order) 3. Court locks up man for REPEATEDLY going near woman (Civil court is not saying he is guilty of abuse)

His refusing to accept his status of being jobless & fired (employment tribunal exist) is why the school got court order saying he couldn't trespass the school, his repeated breaking the order, is contempt of court, this court haven't ruled on the employment issue!

Except it's not for life or Transphobia. Imprisoned for Contempt of Court: "Mr Burke... engaged in a "deliberate, sustained and concerted attack" on the authority of the civil courts and the rule of law." - as civil court, the term of imprisonment is *technically* "indefinite"

Personally I agree with Isaac_kh here, it's not the way to win or campaign, However, that's what the membership voted for, so that's what the members must deliver
The calls for Your Party to run as many candidates as possible in May is just straight up LARPing. There just is not the electoral machine or capacity to do that. People who've never tried to do an actual campaign in their life obviously

Per the accepted constitution: threshold applies only to further amendments not initial amendments before acceptance - prior to acceptance the bar was lower as it was in draft not the accepted constitution. So you'd need 70% to reverse now the constitution has been accepted š
