Our PhD student @SaraRavnkilde will defend her PhD thesis, “Relations-Oriented Leadership in Public Organizations.” The defense will take place on 24 January 2025 at 13:00 in meeting room M, Department of Political Science and Public Management, SDU, Odense.

Funding news: Morten Balle Hansen (part-time prof @PA_SDU) has secured 3,17 mio DKK in funding for a research project 'Self-Managing Teams in Danish Elder Care' from @DFF_raad. Read more about the project here (in Danish).

Maria's research focuses on performance management, leadership, motivation, and stereotypes in education.

New employee! We are very happy to announce that Maria Falk Mikkelsen (@falconmikk) will join us as a new associate professor starting January 1st, 2025. Maria will divide her time between SDU (50 %) and @VIVEviden (50 %).

Emily Rose Tangsgaard (@ETangsgaard) researches public leadership, risk management, and frontline worker behavior. Before joining @PA_SDU Emily was at @Ledelsescenter @AarhusUni, where she also did her PhD. You can check out some of her work here:
