Reporter: VP Vance called the court order absurd. Shapiro: He rose to some prominence by writing a book about growing up in Appalachia, where there are a whole lot of people who get SNAP. He made millions of dollars off telling their stories, and then he turned his damn back on

President Biden created a program that teamed up PA farmers and hungry families - it was a win-win. Republicans DOGE'd it (solely because it was started by Biden.) Now they realize how dumb that was, and are trying to bring it back. https://t.co/DBHqEKk7Pn

Together with Reps Arvind Venkat & Bridget Kosierowski, we just passed a bill through the Pa House to make sure every Pennsylvanian can still get vaccinated safely and easily. Sadly almost every Republican voted no. Public health should be about people, not politics.
