Last day at #AOM2024! Collaborator lunch and a showcase symposium presentation on parental status bias. I had a blast these past few days (thanks @BryantCOB for funding me!) but cannot wait to fly home tonight and hug my babies.

Today makes 6 years at @BryantCOB and my first day as a tenured Associate Professor. I took my kids to campus this afternoon and it reminded me of 6 years ago when I was 27 and had a newborn. Time flies when you are doing what you love, in a beautiful place, with great people.
