@FrankRi92249714 @IndictmentTime @TimInHonolulu @BaddCompani @JamesFLoveIV Genuinely shocking. King Charles, who signed the official statement as "Charles R.", threw him in the Tower of London with no concern or support at all. Meanwhile, the US is sheltering many of the offenders. @DAGToddBlanche @POTUS 40 years of service. 78 years old. Appointed by a judge to serve his country. Donald Kinsella deserved a "thank you," not a public insult from the DAG. We can disagree on politics without abandoning basic human decency. Shameful behavior. ⚖️🇺🇸

Election security expert David Becker’s take on FBI affidavit seeking to seize Fulton County 2020 ballots: “This affidavit was much weaker than I suspected. No allegations of intent. No allegations of election theft. No allegations of foreign interference. No allegations that

🚨⚖️🧵8/ Bottom line: #MikeLindell is a serial deadbeat hiding behind #MyPillow and a wall of donor-funded books and business-class flights. Accountability is coming. /end Docket: https://t.co/b54mYvjrNL

🚨⚖️🧵7/ The "Victory" That Wasn't: Why re-litigate 2020? Delusion pays. Even after losing $2.3M to Eric Coomer in CO, Lindell told fans he "won" to keep grifting, weaponizing the confirmation bias of people desperate to believe, even as judges and the US govt debunk his claims.

🚨⚖️🧵 6/ Contempt & Remedies: What’s next? Smartmatic is pushing for civil contempt. Since Lindell hasn’t proven he’s broke—and evidence shows he’s flying business class—the court will likely slap him with daily fines (per diem) until he pays the $56K. His success rate? Zero.

🚨⚖️🧵5/ "Lindell Books" Shell Game: Follow the money: 2025's "Mike Lindell for Governor" campaign raised $356K. Instead of campaign ads, he spent 68% of it ($187K) buying his own books from MyPillow. Classic shell game—using donor money to fund himself while dodging legal debts.

🚨⚖️🧵4/ Beating the Dead Horse: Even with 2024 behind us, Lindell is still pushing "whistleblower" claims that have been struck from court records for being lies. He’s weaponizing confirmation bias to keep the grift alive and mislead his base. Accountability is finally coming.

🚨⚖️🧵3/ Contempt of Court: Smartmatic moved for civil contempt. They argue Lindell’s claims of poverty are "threadbare" and "unsupported." While he pleads indigence to the judge, he was recently spotted flying business class to a luxury ski resort in Aspen. The audit is coming.

🚨⚖️🧵 2/ The Grift is Real: Lindell tells the court he can't afford $56K, but his campaign raised $356,513 in 2025. The kicker? 68% of his campaign spending went right back to his own company, MyPillow, for "Lindell Books." He’s not broke; he’s funneling donor cash to himself.

🚨⚖️🧵 1/ #MikeLindell is back to his "deadbeat" ways. Despite a court order to pay $56,369 in sanctions to Smartmatic, he’s claiming poverty while ignoring clear deadlines. It’s the same delay-and-dodge tactic we’ve seen with other creditors like FedEx. #MyPillow #ElectionDenier

@peterschweizer 🤡 Peter Schweitzer, this post sums up your career: Misleading, incomplete and inaccurate. Mexico's official name is the United Mexican States (Estados Unidos Mexicanos in Spanish). The map labels Mexico accordingly. https://t.co/oIPAGYqgyH

@AmberLanph21831 @JamesWakem89385 @SenSchumer Appreciate the good intent—nonprofits & health departments do help many get birth certificates/IDs! But barriers are real for elderly, rural, low-income folks. The right to vote is fundamental under the Constitution & gets strict scrutiny to avoid undue burdens. #VotingRights

@mattmfm Folks are tired of posting about frustrations with Trump and the GOP. X is useless unless you're MAGA. So instead, people are heading to the ballot box. While Congress with Platinum healthcare pretend it's not happening, millions are losing their ACA subsides. Literally killer.

@stephen_richer Great post, Stephen. It's important for folks to realize that as the Supreme Court labeled it, "garden variety irregularities" occur in every election. The key is whether irregularities are "outcome determinative'. The 2020 answer was, and still is, NO.
