This work came from our interest in capturing how moments of crisis might create opportunities for racialized change in white fields, and while we saw a lot of return to status quo, we still caught glimpses of hope that orgs might build from. #orgtheory

Anyone interested in the intersection of Ed&Orgs? We have biweekly Zoom calls to share work, gain feedback, and create community. Everyone welcome, esp underrepresented groups and voices (racialized/ gender minorities, international scholars, first gen, etc.). Pls repost. :)
I was working on an interview guide, and I told myself, "Wouldn't it be great to have a regular group of folks I can reach out to for quick feedback?" So, some colleagues and I are coming together. The idea: no prior reading, no papers, just quick feedback 30-60 min every 2 wks
