Art? Character design? Butchered. They look so damn ugly, didn't even try to retain Roa's design and just gave it SHIKI's design but with bandages. Not to mention (the big elephant in the room) they didn't even try to animate with Takeuchi's artstyle.

Hundreds of lines of exposition, context, characterization, and world building ALL GONE. They tried to adapt Arcueid's route and true ending along with several plot points from Ciel's route and Akiha's route and those plot points go NOWHERE.
