I LOVE her progression in 2013; she had much more to fix that got unlocked from the island, which she covered in Rise and Shadow, but it was a brutal and wild introduction to the Tomb Raider lifestyle!

The cubs and bear were still on/going towards the dogs property so they went and did what dogs do 😂.

The Survivor trilogy may not have been too "tomb heavy," especially starting out with 2013, but it did showcase the determination, willpower, and strength that Lara Croft is known for. It didn't matter what she went thru, she never stopped 💞🏹💞

She has depression and trauma, & those who deal with those aren't weaker than those who don't. She saves herself, SHE is the one who dragged herself out of depression, and got to that ending that we saw in Mother Protector.
