By law the @AaveChan and @Marczeller will never win a case against aave lab asking for IP, any judge will see them as criminals, when the aave token was launched was IP and brand assets listed as part of it? Obviously no. Worst come to worst, aave lab should take Marc to court

This is my final take on the aave controversy, even if the proposal passes on no account should @StaniKulechov give the IP right to the dao or the community. Even traditional companies with IPO, IPO holders don't have the right by law to ask for brand assets not to talk of web 3

Who will pay aave employees, what of other cost associated with running aave, Like wtf are you guys talking about
How much $AAVE would it require to get labs to commit to driving all revenue to the token? Feels like it’s better to align interests than create an incentive for Labs to seek other avenues to justify its equity value.
