Empathy for the victims requires that repeat violent offenders be incarcerated
Keep in mind that instituting a 3-strikes rule would eliminate 50+% of all crime Think about that. Really think about it. We would more than halve crime if we stopped letting people out after their 3rd crime. It’s not hard. Your judges and DAs despise you.

LIAR. OMG such a liar. California has independent redistricting NOW. We voted for it years ago. WE HAVE IT. This Prop 50 literally cancels independent redistricting going forward for several election cycles. It literally UNDOES the will of the voters.
