You are not getting it. You are drawing similarities wrongly. “Wants” and “needs” are not the same. E.g humans need cloth to wear. You buying a $1k t-shirt is a “want”. Fixing a child’s cleft lip is a “need”. Reducing fat through surgery is a “want”. Basic economics.
