There is a lot of interest in fluoroscopy reduction for AF ablation, but similar techniques can be used for VT and PVC ablations. In this open-access paper, we report a trend of reduced fluoro exposure with zero fluoro techniques @BrighamWomens. https://t.co/D8IIaa4B89

Separately, we saw that patients with substrate modification had greater LA volume reduction. Remodeling? More LA stiffness? Take home: ablating beyond the PV measurably impacts atrial structure. Future studies of ablation strategy should consider structure/ function.
