CONFERENCE CHAMPS!!! The 2023 Ohlone College Renegades are crowned Coast Conference Champions for the 6th straight year! The Gades were 3 games out first with 6 games left back on April 15th - they needed to win 6 straight games the past two weeks to pull off the miracle finish!

Congrats to the GOAT! Cam Calvillo has committed to Division I Gonzaga. Calvillo’s hard work saw him hit .364 this year, with 11 extra base hits and 15/16 SB’s. He has a +arm across the infield.

Two guys came in & asked what they needed to improve on. We didn’t sugarcoat it. We were honest about their performance. Neither made excuses or got hurt feelings. Today, Cam Hegamin went 3-3; Payton Dupree hit a 2-out, 3-run, 9th inn game-tying HR. Love these moments of growth!

Congrats to Ohlone’s Niko Lombardi, on his commitment to Division I, Cal State Fullerton. Lombardi will be the fourth ‘Gade to sign with the Titans since 2018. Currently, he leads all of California with 19 runners gunned down is throwing out runners at a rate of 51 percent.

Congrats to Brett Tressen, who has been honored as Ohlone College’s Male Athlete of the Year for the 2018-19 school year. Brett led the Renegades to Conference, Regional, & Super Regional titles. He hit .378, slammed 14 doubles, 1 triple, and 7 homers, and started all 49 games.

The President of Ohlone College has notified us that our 2019 Renegades have been awarded the CCCAA Team Scholar Award. This prestigious honor is awarded for the highest GPA of the 88 CA JUCO teams. The 2019 ‘Gades finished with a 3.35 Team GPA & 20/26 players had 3.0 or better.
