Wednesday. Day One. Evening. Track workout. 8 x 200m with 200m jog recovery. Target 45s to match a 6 minute mile time. Pretty happy with my pace, a couple of intervals slightly too fast, but mostly on target pace. HR didn't get as high as I might have thought it would.

Saw the Van Halen tribute band Jump this week. Main dude does a remarkably impressive DLR, and the band were on fire. Played all of VH1 over the course of the set. If you do like og Van Halen and they are in your area, definitely go. Super fun night out. Tremendous. Link
