That is so disrespectful to the intentional art direction of devs. If they wanted to lean in to hyper realism they would. Not to mention how drastically this changes key aspects of visuals like character facial features and so on. Nvidia should immediately delete this nonsense.

I hate AI, it makes me so angry seeing family members use it, too. Recently my mother generated AI image slop using our family photos and happily called me over to show it. She's always put me down for being an artist. But I've never felt more disrespected than at that moment.

ai art is not art. there is no soul, no heart, no mind set into every stroke. you cannot replicate how it feels to go through trials of error, learning, the ups and downs of motivation, and the emotional rollercoaster that ends with a piece you become proud of. that’s just me
