@tracycorrigan And look who @tracycorrigan was reporting into during her time at WSJ. Why yes, it’s Tortoise co-founder & shareholder, Katie Vanneck-Smith. It’s not a smoking yacht. but looks like she has more connections to Tortoise (at least 1) than the Observer (none)
