Happy seven years to our friends at @TheSpinoffTV, @DuncanGreive @simondangerday @MadmanChap - hope you are all celebrating in your bubbles right now. Copper and wool are the traditional gifts associated with a seventh anniversary - feels fitting for a cold night at home.

Former urban nesting site of endangered tarāpuka or black-billed gull in Ōtautahi. Now cleared of the ruins of the concrete-frames (unexpected habitat) & of the birds themselves. Anyone seen any details on their relocation? Did DoC work with mana whenua on this?
