What can you do with OPTED data? . Paul Balluff, Christoffer Green-Pedersen, Christoph Ivanusch and @so_proksch and @ChRauh (all representing many more collaborators) presented fascinating case studies on news media, parliamentary debates and laws and political party agendas.

Another outcome of our development of knowing more about the reporting practises around software for text analysis. We hope to encourage more visibility, but also reflection, on the methods and tools of automated content analysis.
Really cool presentation by @marvinstecker on software citations in scientific publications. Seems like Python and R are nearly equal in (mentioned) usage ;).More importantly, software citations seem to be increasing!
