WV has the 4th highest poverty rate and the lowest median income in the country. We have by far, the lowest labor force participation rate. We balanced our budget by cutting higher ed, despite the having the lowest level of education.
The Great State of West Virginia is producing record setting numbers and doing really well. When I became President, it was practically shut down and closed for business. Not anymore!
