This FIX would have cost the City $0. It was voted down - 3 to 5. The @OIG_Baltimore investigated only @dpw solid waste workers & 1/5 of workers had no insurance. There are many more. Please watch this detailed story by @HellgrenWJZ. This problem is very real & we failed. WHY?🙏🏽
