Pretty interesting this — Barossa project is a « backfill » and therefore gets a more lenient baseline for their emissions reduction obligations — frankly gas industry protection from the Albanese government !

Single-property landlords are terrible for rental security. If we want security of rental tenure, as they have in the US and Europe, we need to stop penalising institutional landlords.
