In Russia, sales of new apartments have collapsed by 38%. From July 2024 to July 2025, 458,727 apartments with a total area of 21.9 mil sq m were sold. Compared to the previous 12 months, this figure is 38.7% lower in lots and 37.2% lower in square meters.
