The screens on the airport also didn't have any information so a confusion was created. 3 gate changes and flight delay. And now sitting in the flight from 2 hours. If there was an issue, some plan B should be available @ministryofcivilaviation

They apparently changed the flight due to some technical glitch but the other flight also has a technical glitch. It has been 4 hours now. It was supposed to leave at 4.00 PM. Such mismanagement and inefficiency. There is no clarity and we are hostages. (2/n)
