Reasons why I shouldn't recover-
I'm not at my GW or UGW
I'm not underweight
I've never been hospitalized
I'm not diagnosed
I've never passed out
I don't look my weight
I'm still a fatass
Rules ♡
- Age 13 to 18
- Minimal body checks, no revealing clothing or nudes (as the gc will consist of mostly minors)
- Don't leave people on read
- 3x Binge = Kicked from GC (can rejoin)
- Don't gatekeep
Guys, I've decided to do semi recovery after talking to my dad for a bit.
He is right. I'm pretty young and I don't need to be so worried. I'll still try to lose weight but also not restrict food so much. I should enjoy life, and I need the energy to grow rn.
♡ Thread of me eating your fear foods so you can eat with me and see that it'll be okay! ♡

🎀 I tell them that the kind of food they are eating made me feel sick the other day. For example, if they are having oily food, I tell them that oily food gave me an upset stomach yesterday.
🎀 I ask them to leave the food in my room and pretend to work (usually I am actually working, though). After enough time has passed, I sneak downstairs and leave it there. I tell them that I had a few bites and couldn't finish it all. They usually fact check my words.
🎀 I tell them that I have a sport/game thing at school (our school does a lot of sports, organized and non-organized) or that my stomach feels messed up from the activities I did that day. I ask them to make less food/lighter food like soup, which has fewer calories.

🎀 I tell them that I'm saving the good food for later. This one isn't as hard because I did this before I had an ED. I leave the food few days, and then tell them that I don't think I'm gonna eat it and it's going to go bad soon, so they just end up finishing it for me.

🎀 I fill up on low calorie drinks like tea, black coffee, diet soda, water etc right before my meal/when I am supposed to eat. Right before they call me down, I go there, making sure my glass/cup/can is visible and make an awkward face and say-
This was me a week into recovery. Here, i was so insecure about the weight I gained. Is that what you saw? No. You saw the personality that being properly fueled allowed me to have. So why am I unkind to myself when food is a part of what makes me Mai?
🎀 Tell them that I'm leaving stomach space for some delicious food one of my parents cooked. Later, when they are working or are in their room, I go downstairs, spend 30 minutes doing anything, then go back up and tell them that I got hungry to I had the food I said I will.
🎀 Sometimes when I'm given food, I pretend I don't like it. My parents don't like forcing me to eat things I don't like, so they let it be. I usually use this to avoid higher calorie foods on the plate.
🎀 I make sure to share with them if I'm eating with them. I give them bites of my food and let them eat a bit of it, and then eat the rest. This, though, sometimes backfires when they want to share some of their foods with me.
🎀 I skip lunch every day. I come home from school and say I'm tired, and tell my parents that if I eat lunch, my schedule will get messed up and I won't be able to finish my homework. They usually let me off the hook.
🎀 I usually lie about friends sharing food with me. When I come home, I tell my parents "My friend gave me half of her food so I'm not really hungry" or "My friend gave me something that is making me a little sick and I'd rather not eat right now".
Guys, I just don't think I'm ready for recovery yet. I'm sorry if I'm disappointing any of you. If my posts can possibly trigger any of you, please block/sb me. Ty for sticking with me <3
160 cal iftar <3 fruit salad with apples, strawberries and date, topped with vanilla yogurt, and more vanilla yogurt with apple jelly (fear food but not that scared, cuz small amount)
🎀 When I'm halfway done my food, I act like I suddenly remembered something, like a huge project I have to finish or a friend I promised to call. I tell my parents that it's important and that I'll eat the rest later.
