Totally agree with the findings and recommendations from this excellent report from @CommissionerDA. Let’s hope it isn’t ignored like the Harm Report largely was. The family courts are failing victims of domestic abuse every day and this needs to change
To ensure survivors are heard and protected I’m calling for: ✅ A fully funded national roll out of Pathfinder Courts ✅ Removal of the presumption of parental contact ✅ Proper resourcing so the courts can respond to domestic abuse
