The hardest realisation which is a recent one... is that friends don’t really know what it takes to support a single mother. Here are 3 cheap & consistent ways: 1. OFFER to babysit the child for a weekend every few months 2. Help with a monthly expense 3. Ask her how you can help

Taking iron tablets on a daily basis has been a game changer. Up next on the agenda is learning more and practising breathing exercises

I’m so disoriented. I want my big brothers. This world without you in it is confusing. I’m not getting used to it.

Still reeling from your departures. We can’t follow you. We can’t find you. We’re literally lost without you.

My babies and I had such a phenomenal time @goethejoburg’s 30th birthday celebration today! Out of this world. Especially, because so many children were present. I love spaces with children. #goethesa30years #30yearsofgoethesa Keep growing. Keep cultivating. Keep archiving.

My brothers… We’re shattered. They’re buried almost parallel to one another. We’ll never forget this second half of 2025. It’s etched into the memories where the voids of their existence lay bare.

Rest easy Maliq. Woke up to the painful news, my heart is heavy, right after you mourned your brother Killa M’s passing. So many memories, in life and in the studio. You were a man of integrity, truth & unwavering character. From Allah we came and to Allah we return. Safe travels
