Health Update: Weighed in at 217 lbs. this morning!!
As a certified fat guy, I’ve always struggled with my weight, ballooning up to 333lbs. in college. This is the lightest I’ve been in 19 years.
Still have more work to do to get under 200 lbs. 😤
