Friends and colleagues, Last night we lost a true icon in neurosurgery. The visionary neurosurgeon L. Nelson “Nick” Hopkins III passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family. Nick was a true innovator whose legacy to our specialty is the field known as neuro Endovascular.
