3 years ago today I was taking a risk to start a new career & interviewed for the Teaching Fellows program. 3 years later I’m a Bilingual Teacher with a Masters. I really did that 🥺

Yeah no...I hated the field I got a degree in so I calmly quit that job & started a career in the field that I love. Now I’m a whole bilingual teacher & a semester away from having a Masters degree in Bilingual Education. Never settle for a job or career you don’t love EVER.

My mom came to my room & started crying while telling me how proud she is of me & all the things she’s seen me accomplish. She said she sees a lot of herself in me & she’s amazed everyday at how ambitious I am & that it fills her up with so much pride & joy to say she’s my mom🥺
