What happened to these dudes? Haven't heard a peep from them in a while. I guess their handlers sat them down because the grassroots wasn't falling for it.
Ok, we Black Americans have been the only Pan-Africans and it has been a one way street. We are looking out for ourselves now which we should have been doing. If black immigrants are serious we are waiting for y'all to start a movement without us.
@Jen_jen_jen_123
Dr Umar have been vocal about this. The divide and conquer strategy is partly to blame for this as well. The diaspora wars has to stop since it plays into the hands of white supremacy. Stay woke💪🏾
Barack Obama is a white man in black face. Truth be told, we have a lot of black looking white people sitting at our table whether they have one black parent or two. That's one reason why we are behind. I can't believe we have open enemies sitting next to us!
Can we Black Americans leave African mysteries to the Africans to do their own research? We have so much mysteries to uncover here in the Americas especially mainland America pertaining to before slavery. Plus the beast doesn't want us to know the truth.
I hope he pulls through but she is probably trying to get FBAs to protest this because if she does, being an immigrant, they could get deported. So they have to try and get us to kick things off. Time for them to stand on their own two feet.
Where did the pajama and bonnet wearing, looking trashy in clothes that are too small culture come from? When I was coming up Black people were always clean as the board of health. We looked better than white people.
This is what war looks likes. The enemy purposely denigrates the culture and the ancestors of the people they want to destroy. They recruit the degenerates to help them out because no one likes them because their trash and they don't care.
It's funny yte people always talking about " why does everything have to be about race?" Because that's what your ancestors put into place. We are waiting for y'all to start the movement to put an end to racism. Something tells me that's not going to happen.
Random thought: anybody think one of the main reasons we haven't gotten anywhere is because we have imposters in our ethnic group sabotaging everything we do? We just co-sign any black looking person.🤔
Ok cool boo. The grassroots don't care. Y'all don't bring anything to the table but extreme colorism and the culture of whitening out your family. We are doing us and ws collaborators like you have no Sanctuary amongst us.
Alot of these Black women don't realize that once they neutralize the Black man there is no protection and The Beast will come for us next. Colonial societies have always done this throughout history. Kill the man and women and children are left vulnerable.
No, most were Indigenous "black" people who were already here. Only 3% of Africans made it here. They reclassified the dark indigenous Americans. And still reclassifying us til this day. They have to make us perpetual immigrants so we can't claim the land.
@NickyReed1974
I hate to say it but I knew she was 🛏️🔧’n. She lives in NKC where it’s heavily racist & I’m sure she thought her & her family was safe in a majority white community. But I really do hope the teen pulls through.
Where is hip hop in Jamaica and Puerto Rico? If it started in these places you should be able to see the zenith in these cultures. If not, why did they wait to get here?
@MonicaRambeauYo
You are debating me but I said that it has Jamaican roots in NYC. Herc is Jamaican meaning it has roots in him. Those that were in NYC during the rise of Hip Hop were influenced by African American, Caribbean, and Latinx cultures. To say it’s solely African American is incorrect.
@zoraslovechild
I keep saying that Ciara should have been the next Janet. I don't know what happened. She got off the train at the wrong stop or something.
Saw this video today and I love it. She teaches young black girls and even women about etiquette and how we should present ourselves in the public. Heck I need this!
“Foundational Black Americans” was coined by Dr. Claude Anderson not
@tariqnasheed
and he never said it was “cult” etc… it’s a lineage of “Black” Americans native to America…. He can use the term because he’s BLACK AMERICAN.
You immigrants are so indoctrinated it’s funny.
Basically they need FBAs to help that annoying Somali woman out because her people are too scared to do anything. They'll try to rile us up and use shaming to get us to help. It's not going to work though. They need us, we don't need them.
@Jen_jen_jen_123
She just auditioning for the beast. Letting them know she's on the team. They don't know that once the beast is tired of them they get rid of them. And since she don't like Black Americans she don't have any backup.
For 2023 can we leave behind the myth that we ad Black people don't know where we are from or who our family is? Unless you are adopted most of us know who we are and stop letting people tell us who we are especially people from another continent.
We really need to watch out for "black passers." Black passing is the same concept as "white passing." These "black" people are apart of other ethnic groups. Alot of these people may or may not have Black American ancestry but exhibit Black aesthetics.
I'm tired of black looking people aka black passers associating FBA culture with degeneracy. That's how you know they are not one of us and they weren't born in the culture.
Black people who talk bad about black people for money don't realize that the dominant society is setting them up. The dominant society knows that once they are through with them they have no black back up and can do what they want to break them.
We are proud to host Secretary Janet Yellen -- the First US Treasury Secretary to speak
@Essence
Festival. After participating in a roundtable with Black investors, she is speaking to a packed audience on the Biden Administration's work to close the opportunity gap.
The reason why there is this push to connect us to Africa is because they know many of us are Indigenous to the land. They don't want us to claim this land so The Beast and his minions need to portrays us as immigrants. We are more powerful on our land. That
Thought of the day: y'all remember how we had white passing black people infiltrating into white spaces and brought back information? Well the opposite is happening to us now.
I can't believe we were brainwashed into thinking melanated immigrants were going to be our reinforcements. But then again why would we think the dominant society would allow people, who were going to help us out, into the country?
We get our courage from them but these same people don't have the courage to stand up to foreigners in their homeland? They are the majority but flee to get away from invaders instead of kicking them out. The agenda is heavy!!!
Everybody needs to stay where they are and claim their lands. That's what The Beast doesn't want. Pan Africanism does not work. Only people who were doing it was us (FBA). Everybody else was out for self and undermining us and not backing our play. We have
Pan-Africanism is a beautiful thing, but it can’t help us if Black people don’t think they’re Black and somehow indigenous to a land they have no origins to.
It’s really sad that people have attached themselves to an ahistorical movement and want to separate themselves.
@ToniLaNae
I believe it. I'm trying to figure out why black people think we are 13% and been that way for decades. And why pander to 13% of the population?
There is nowhere to go. The whole world is corrupt. This the main reason this evil persists because people keep trying to run from their problems. It's over! Time to stand and fight!
I done came across two, Black American, light skinned women that saying people don't think they are Black on Instagram. And the comments are crazy! There is an agenda to separate dark skinned FBA from light skinned FBA. These are bot talking points also.
@Jen_jen_jen_123
@PJenkins1931
My people are waking up!!! Alot of Melanated immigrants are black looking "white" people and we really need to acknowledge this. We got Klan members who "look like us" sitting at our table. It's white passing in reverse, black passing.
If you are a black person in America, the most degrading and dehumanizing term you can call yourself, is a "descendant of slavery". Imagine making your identity solely on the basis of the negative experience of your forefathers. That term gives the white race power over you!
68 years ago, Rosa Parks’ quiet heroism galvanized the Civil Rights Movement and became a model for nonviolent human rights advocacy across the globe.
Today, I’m working to make
#RosaParksDay
a federal holiday.
@gtalk28
@MikeBaggz
Alot of Black Americans live in houses. We even established enclaves that we built. Mostly in the south. If you were Black American you would know that.
@darvidosiris
Does having Indian descent override African descent?
Cause I don’t think so, what’s wrong with both honestly?
I’d respect that much more than rejecting all African-ness, let’s talk
Dude you are not going to rewrite history. Everybody knows how anti-Black Latino culture is. Many Black people from New York had said that Blacks and Latinos are basically segregated. Y'all will not become the new overseers!
Reminding Twitter that through an awareness of intersectionality, the generations of Blacks & Puerto Ricans that preceded Hip Hop culture understood that environmental subjugation is what linked both sides. These visionaries led by example. They provided a framework for Hip Hop's
@_faithskingdom
This girl does not look white. This is why you foreigners need to stay out of Black American business. Y'all don't know how things work here.
@BallotNBullet
I'm starting to notice black people, or certain black people, acting like they never seen a light skinned person in their families. They acting like lightskin people are biracial. Also I've seen them trying to equate light with white.
Native Black Americans are the attack dogs of black looking people and those with partial BA ancestry. Any other time they ignore us until the dominant society comes for them and that other side ain't helping them, then they become "pro-black" when they need
They are phenotypically black not Black American. By your logic I can go to Nigeria and choose whether I want to be apart of the Igbo or Yoruba people.
@Black_Cherubim
@NickyReed1974
And sorry to disappoint you but black immigrants on American soil are seen as BLACK. You don’t want to be seen as black then stay in your home country where blacks are separated. That’s an solution to your immigrant troubles.
Native Black Americans, as soul people we have a certain frequency where we can tell who our people are, from the lightest to the darkest. Tap into your intuition.
‘Hollywood Shuffle’ was released in 1987. Robert Townsend produced, directed, and co-wrote this film that comedically addresses the struggles of being Black in an industry controlled by white gazes and negro film tropes.
The “Black Acting School” scene is still relevant today.
Lawd y'all, how the Democrats been getting away with symbolism for 50+ years? Who thought is was a good idea to live vicariously through celebrities while the rest of us struggling?
