Say it louder! The backbone of research is often treated as an afterthought. Adding: probably on the rare side to get even middle author status for data collectors/coordinators.
Silly we still don’t have a good academic reward system for people involved in data collection. Often the reward is an awkward middle author position on papers for which they did not have the opportunity to write or revise or even read before publication. We should do better.
