When conducting an audience analysis it's fun to imagine sitting across from a person and having a real conversation. How would you speak to them? What do you know about them? What do they like and dislike? Are they local to the area or travelling? Do they have kids?

There's a transition from humble to great leader that is worth the journey to learn.
Narcissistic leaders are threatened by talent. They want to be the smartest person in the room. Humble leaders are drawn to talent. They surround themselves with people who make them smarter. Great leaders grow talent. They strive to make everyone in the room smarter.
