There were many soldiers who were stressed about making it back to base on time. It's now been 26 hours and I haven't heard anything back from you. As a MVP Gold 75k member I'm disappointed. Y'all need to do better

Stood in line at the baggage desk for a hour while one of the 4 agents helped one customer at a time. They all knew many of us came from ANC/FBX and that our bags didn't make the flight. Why did we have to wait?? Why couldn't we call in or better yet submit a claim online.

he wanted another pet fee. REALLY? That fee I did ended up getting credited back. My flight back to RDU..Our plane was over a hour late leaving ANC cause us to get into SEA while our connection flight was boarded. I waiting at baggage in RDU for 45 mins and my bags never showed.

Delta also charged me a $125 fee for pet in cabin Alaska's fee is $100. When I book my flight with Alaska I should pay Alaska fees me flying on Delta was your fault. While on the plane in SEA to ANC I was harassed by your gate agent who tracked me down after boarding because

Hey @BuschGardensVA super disappointed. We have been here since 11a. Have rode two rides and ate the most terrible food ever. You should treat those of us who are spending money with you during a pandemic better. U need more rides open, more food options. U need more employees!
