Sycamore had a fantastic reading cafe on Monday. Thank you to everyone that came along and supported us. The anderson shelters look amazing.

Sycamore have been learning about Darwin's finches and did an investigation to find out which beak would be best for which type of food. We are just working out the averages to get our results.

A huge thank you to @BritishRedCross for supporting the children with a session on 'Coping with Challenges'. We found the session really helpful and it supported our school's vision and values.

Year 6’s big question of the day was ‘Can we sit on the benches?’ After all that time on the floor I think it was a big yes.

After a very busy week our robots are finished, they all include an electrical circuit. The children have worked hard on these and they are all looking great.

Sycamore have had a busy start to the week making our robots. There has been lots of sawing and hot glue to make our wooden bodies. We are now starting to decorate them.

Sycamore had a lovely afternoon in the sunshine yesterday competing in the annual Sports Day. Lovely to see so much support from the parents. Thank you

Good morning. We had some tired children last night but they were all brilliant. First for a residential, I have just woke some of them up (7:35). Two more activities today then we will see you later.

Just had a lovely evening meal and we are now playing a quiz. It’s getting a little competitive and that’s just the staff. 😂😂.

Fantastic afternoon kayaking, the weather stayed good for us. The children loved it.

Good morning. Children were brilliant last night all slept well and not up too early. Busy day today, we start with wall climbing and air rifles. The sun is shining. Yippee 🌞☀️.
