My yearly plea to effing draw antibodies binding correctly. Too many journals (this time Nature Reviews Genetics FFS!) publish cartoons of them binding between the 2 arms. This is false!.Antibodies have 2 antigen binding sites on the ends of those arms. Correct images below.
